Justin WINS at the NRJ Music Awards in France! French Duo of the Year!

BIG NEWS!! Saturday night Justin and Zaho took home the NRJ Music Award for Duo of the Year for their collaboration on "Heartless!"

Attracting such stars as David Guetta, Usher, The Black Eyed Peas and Shakira, the NRJ Music Awards are one of the most prestigious music award shows in Europe. The awards took place in France where the single was the most spun track on NRJ for the year! The ceremony represented Justin's first time walking down a red carpet, and though a little nervous, he was clearly overwhelmed with gratitude from the experience:

"Heyo! We've made it back to the beautiful winter. Feels like the whole experience could've been a dream. Thank you guys again for giving me that opportunity, it was really cool! Zaho, so wonderful to share the award and song with you! Hugs and kisses!"

Music from Far and Wide: Celebrating 40 Years of the JUNO Awards

The JUNO Awards’ 40th Anniversary coffee-table book Music from Far and Wide: Celebrating 40 Years of the JUNO Awards, chronicles the extraordinary history of Canada’s music awards spanning four decades. More than 100 JUNO Award-winning artists, nominees as well as music industry influencers have contributed to the book, which is beautifully spun together by four co-authors: Karen Bliss, Nick Krewen, Larry LeBlanc and Jason Schneider. This limited edition collector’s book is filled with over 150 photos of some of the JUNO Awards greatest and memorable moments. Forwarded by Blue Rodeo’s Jim Cuddy, the book is also filled with artist introductions from JUNO Award winners including Burton Cummings and Jann Arden among others.

Justin was among many those who got to contribute. Music from Far and Wide is on sale now in book stores everywhere as well as online at Indigo, MapleMusic and Amazon.  All proceeds from the book sales will go to MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity associated with CARAS.

Justin to Perform at This Year's AVO Session

From 22 October to 14 November, countless national and international musicians will turn Basel into a music mecca. Stars like Mary J. Blige, Robert Plant, Morcheeba, Jamie Cullum, Jessye Norman, Anastacia and JUSTIN NOZUKA have been announced to help celebrate the festival this year.

Justin will be performing October 29th, opening for the legendary Mary J. Blige.

"This exceptionally talented Japanese-American already sang his way into the hearts of music critics with his first songs at the tender age of 19. He gives proof of his enormous musical diversity on his new album You I Wind Land And Sea."
